A stunning Rare Black Gold Quartz specimen from the Sheep Ranch Mine in Alleghany California.
The color of the Quartz and the richness of the vivid matrix is IDEAL for display or lapidary work. Specimen has Large RICH gold veins and chunks of nuggets visible on ALL sides and runs all the way through the specimen.
Specific Gravity test undertaken which shows 118 Grams of Gold Weight, the Gold veins has been tested by an XRF analyser and confirmed over 22kt+.
